Daily live UEX pulls for non-admins (UTC day). Admins unlimited.

Lock a page for the public. You (admin Discord IDs in config) always bypass. Add tester Discord IDs so those users can log in and use the page while locked. Trade is enforced now; other sites are placeholders for later.

Page views of the resources hub, taps on Visit Site, and net favorite counts. These are action counts, not unique people. Favorite tracking starts after this version is on Hostinger — older hearts lived only in each visitor’s browser.

Probe URLs from the server, then open them in this browser to confirm each site still looks right. Browsers only allow one new tab per click, so Open all / Open failed use a helper tab — click Open all tabs there (allow popups for this site).

Known pages stay listed at 0 until someone opens the live file after
the tracker is on Hostinger. Trade already counted because its
tracker is built into trade.html; other pages load
/api/admin-stats.php?action=hit.
